Refunds & cancellation

Refund requests are reviewed individually

If you would like to request a refund, email ilu@kalatheart.com. Include your account email, payment reference and the reason for your request.

We review each request individually. There is no automatic refund promise or fixed download-based eligibility rule. We will confirm the decision and any applicable processing details by email.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancel future renewals

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your paid month, and no further renewal charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

Cancelling does not automatically request a refund. Please email us separately if you also want a payment reviewed.

Your completed work stays licensed

Projects completed under the asset licence remain licensed after cancellation. The restriction on reselling, sharing or redistributing original files continues to apply.

A note about setup tests

Razorpay Test Mode uses simulated payments. The setup test ends simulated access immediately when cancelled; that test behaviour is separate from the paid-month cancellation policy above.
