Pilot terms
Version 20 October 2026 · INR100 per eligible new paying subscriber, once per customer. No commission is paid for clicks, trials, renewals, recruiting partners, self-referrals, tests or duplicate payments. The customer pays the normal INR399 monthly membership price.
Apply a referral before the customer’s first checkout is created. Existing paying customers and accounts with an earlier checkout are not eligible. Links remember a code in the same browser for up to 30 days; an explicitly applied code takes precedence before checkout. The first qualifying captured payment must occur within 30 days after the verified account claims the code. The referral carries through the free trial.
Applications are reviewed individually. A code becomes usable only after approval. Pausing a partner stops new claims; already claimed referrals remain reviewable. Commissions are pending for at least 30 days after the qualifying payment and require review. Refunds, disputes and fraud can reverse a commission. Any reversed commission already paid is offset against future earnings.
Approved balances of INR500 or more are eligible for the monthly manual payout review. Smaller balances carry forward. No automatic transfers or guaranteed earnings are offered. Payout identity, payment details and applicable tax information will be arranged privately with the studio before a transfer; statutory deductions may apply.
Use honest demonstrations and prominently disclose paid relationships, for example #Ad. Do not spam, impersonate ILU, publish misleading claims, resell originals, or promise extra discounts. Programme participation does not grant a licence to redistribute the PNG files. Material changes apply prospectively under a new terms version.
